The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team (HSW) at Silver Chain Group is running a 3 month pilot Digital Wellbeing Program, compliments of HSW. Many of you spend time giving to the community to help optimise the health and wellbeing of our clients and we would like to do the same for you.

The digital wellbeing program is designed to help optimise your health and wellbeing, while complimenting any existing health and fitness activities you are undertaking using mobile app technology.

The program involves using a simple mobile health app, (or if you already have one, a wearable activity tracker) and connecting it with the Boundlss health platform to monitor and improve your physical activity and health.

to Your Needs

In the second month of the program you will receive a range of personalised activity reminders and feedback via SMS to encourage a healthier lifestyle, with free massage vouchers for diligent performers!

The program is flexible and can be tailored to suit your individual aims and goals. Whether you do little physical activity at all, are a casual light walker or run marathons, the program supports a range of fitness levels and will help you:

  • Feel happy and healthy
  • Maintain a moderate level of physical activity
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Sleep well
  • Eat well
  • Better handle stress

At this stage the pilot program is only available for staff within the Perth and Adelaide metro areas, along with Bunbury and Busselton, however if the pilot goes well HSW may roll it out to the entire organisation. We need your help to run the program through its paces - if you are interested in participating follow the following two steps to join the program:


Getting Started

To get started we need you to:
1. Download one of the recommended mobile health apps on your personal mobile phone.
2. Create a Boundlss account and connect your preferred app in Boundlss.

Which mobile app would you like to use? Download the mobile app onto your personal phone that suits your health and fitness goals from the four we recommend for this program. If you already have one of the four you can skip this part. All four are free and work on both Android and iPhones. When this is done come back to this page and start Step #2.

Once you’ve downloaded your preferred mobile app and set it up on your personal mobile phone, come back to this page and click below to create your Boundlss account and connect your app.
